week 9 challenge

this week our inspiration is tape!
I used some blue graph deco tape on this layout. I used the old fashion style of taping the corners down with the tape. It gave me the look I was going for with this layout.

    I was gonna say I never knew you smoked cigars, lol and then I noticed it's not lit. lol!I love it Val!!!
