card tutorial tuesday!

good morning ladies are you ready for a uuber gorgeous card tutorial from our co founder/design team member renee?
here we go!

A Simple Card Tutorial

Supplies:
Card base
2 – pieces of patterned paper (scraps work well)
1- piece of embossed paper (optional)
12 inches of 1 ¾ in. wide satin ribbon
2 - large flowers
1-bling center
1-stamped phrase (optional)
1-mat for stamp phrase
Glue dots
adhesive

Trim patterned paper #1 to mat on to card base.
Trim embossed paper and colored patterned paper
# 2 to mat leaving at least 1/8 in. – ¼ in. to
let patterned paper # 1 to show.
Simply tie the satin ribbon around both pieces
of paper. I usually add a bit of adhesive to
the ribbon before tying the knot.

Next adhere both pieces of paper
to matted base.

Add stamped matted phrase.
I used pop dots to add dimension.
I also inked the sides of the card.

Then I added the flowers and bling with Glue Dots.
This is your final product!
